It think it is important to understand that: - in such dynamic and fast moving industry as gaming, it is very easy to be mistaken in something, be driven by subjective opinion - success is defined by how your content is appealing to users who again have their own preferences and subjective views - "fun" that is one of most important elements of a good game is very hard to define as again has a lot of subjective elements. In such circumstances it is quite common to meet people who have different view, opinion than us. Once you see those points then it is much easier to give feedback and receive feedback as well.

You can't make everyone happy. When you're faced with a true disagreement that can't be resolved each party has to be willing to say "agree to disagree" and move on. Attempting to make everyone happy ensures no-one will be happy.
