This leads to stress, being hard on oneself, inability to delegate, getting stuck with perfectionism, procrastinating & avoiding messiness & so on. It is very important for an entrepreneur to have a neutral person by their side, a coach who is not in the business but provides fresh perspectives, challenges the thought process and shows the mirror to help the entrepreneurs to get to the next level.
