It's best to not have these from the onset. One way to achieve this is to be clear about what you really need upfront. And I mean clear with yourself. Are you really ready to order large scale production or are you still in the development phase? Be honest with yourself and your supplier about the stage you are at. You can then be more certain that your supplier is ideal for what you need at that time. If you choose a supplier not suited top your stage, then you are likely to have conflicts.
