Nunca hay que desconectarse de toda la operación de TI, y de la empresa. Cuando asumí un rol de jefe de sistemas de una empresa naviera, solicité que pueda estar presente en todos los puestos operativos para identificar las oportunidades de mejora y el flujo del negocio. Aun así como jefe de TI, pasar por tus áreas operativas permite evidenciar que esta mal y puedes mejorar, antes que nadie.
