O conhecimento de tecnologia dentro das organiza??es é muito importante se adaptar aos novos sistemas, porém até termos familiaridade e sim muito importante ter a proatividade de buscar os conhecimentos sobre aprendizado, pois os sistemas est?o sempre se atualizando. O feedback muitas vezes n?o tem o impacto positivo, pois muitas pessoas n?o possuem o hábito de gostarem de se auto avaliarem e muito menos querem que alguém os incentive a melhorar, na verdade o poder do feedback é transformador, porém acredito que ele só se torna realmente eficaz quando parte da própria pessoa, saber exatamente quais s?o os pontos que precisamos melhorar ou que temos acertado.
