Seeking Feeback is the most innovative way to learn & adapt things fast because feedback is a key to success if your mentor or guardian gives you positive feedback about your work then it's great sign, but if your mentor gives you negative feedback then don't be sad you should analyze your work & see the outcome is match with your desired outcome or not. If not, then you should work on it consistently & always seeking for feedback for the growth of your career.
