To help your team innovate, you need to figure out what's standing in the way. You might find that your company culture is too set in its ways, the processes are outdated, or the team doesn't have enough resources to get things done. Once you've figured out what the problems are, you can start coming up with solutions. This might mean advocating for changes to your company's culture, streamlining inefficient processes, or finding ways to get more resources for your team.
