As of my exprience i have learnes that Hazzard identification is easier when it comes to asking workers about the activity how its done , in what ways it can be done , what are the major risks and how it can be controlled. When you're on the ground level you asesse the risk more clearly and understand it in way as if you are working.

Supervions must be done all the time because it lower the risk of unsafe acts . Supervision dosent mean you have to stand walk through all the floor because you might get fooled on your back . What if you introduce some kind of techniques and programe to make all workers be available for supervision and reward them back once in month or weekly . Because the dangerous activity going around your back might get stopped due to this because workers will think that anyone can report any unsafe act to suoervisor or safety staff.

But PPE's have limations in some ways but then also you have to wear i hope in future the PPE's must get the new face with some new technology to avoid limitations of PPE's . Most important is educating workers and employees about the PPE's Where and when to wear , how to wear , how it protects us etc .

But it had to get more and more so the workers get attached to something and they should accept and added to their life that we have to protect ourselves from injuries , sickness , unsafe acts , using wrong tools worng procedure It can all be done just by communicating in diffrent ways
