I would say that it is relatively easy to identify experts: 1) What type of work do you do? Research the best at it. 2) Make contact with them. 30 to 70 rule applies here, or if you prefer, out of 10 emails you send out you might get three replies. 3) How do you want to seek advice? Internship? Workshop? Chat? Portfolio/Reel review? This is something you need to have clear in your mind. Rant part: not everyone is willing to share. Many fear potential competitors. Personally, I find this going against the medium long-term. Several individuals have short term mindsets.

Versuche die Kritik nachzuvollziehen und Dich dabei in die Perspektive des Feedback gebenden zu versetzen, Dann lernst Du aus seiner/ihrer Perspektive Deine Arbeit zu beurteilen. Bei der n?chsten Produktion kannst Du wieder in diese Perspektive schlüpfen und Dich fragen "Was würde er/sie tun?" So kannst Du ein Teil ihrer F?higkeiten übernehmen.

Den gr??ten Nutzen hast Du meiner Meinung, wenn Du direkt versuchst die ?nderungsvorschl?ge konkret umzusetzen. Im besten Fall die Produktion mit den ?nderung zu wiederholen. Zumindest die Teil, der kritisiert wurde. Auf jeden Fall solltest Du sie direkt praktisch umsetzten. Dann hast Du den gr??ten Lerneffekt und siehst was für Dich stimmig ist und was nicht. Denn nicht alles was kritisiert wird ist absolut richtig. Manche Dinge sind Geschmackssache. Das zu unterscheiden und für Dich herauszufinden erweitert Deinen Horizont. Du lernst nicht nur bessere Videos zu machen, sondern auch verschiedene Stile zu produzieren. Das ist bei der Arbeit für Kunden Gold wert.

Nicht nur das Feedback von Profis ist wichtig. Wenn Du es schaffst Rückmeldung Deiner Zielgruppe zu bekommen, dann kannst Du auch viel lernen. Langfristig ist es wichtig seine eigene Arbeit auch aus der Perspektive des Zuschauers, also mit etwas Distanz bewerten zu k?nnen. Das war bei mir der Zeitpunkt an dem meine Videos um L?ngen besser geworden sind, weil ich nicht mehr nur an meinen Vorstellungen festgehalten habe.
