Ser proativo hoje em dia é um grande soft skill que cada vez mais está a ser valorizado em um ambiente de trabalho. Em um mundo atual de constantes transforma??es, é natural n?o termos conhecimento de tudo e saber o porque do que está acontecer. Portanto, o 1° passo é deixar de ser reativo, ou seja, o problema primeiro aparace na tua frente para ent?o resolvê-lo. O importante é saber o que causou o problema.
