The discipline and daily routine make a huge difference when working from home. A consistent plan is your anchor. Whether you’re having a good day or a bad day, stick to your plan. This consistency builds resilience and keeps you on track. For me, a real game-changer is starting the day with a cold shower. It’s an exercise in turning off my ego and overcoming initial resistance. After that, crafting emails or picking up the phone to call a client becomes much easier. It silences the internal doubts and excuses, like “We miss this and that for this client” or “Maybe tomorrow will be a better time.” Embrace it.
