I really think: Taking the time to assess and understand your system's needs before diving into problem-solving is really important. It's all about setting the stage for targeted solutions and enhancing system performance.

In any kind of issue for any system, you have first to understand how the system is running and then you troubleshoot it by methodology. Most of time telecommunications systems are monitored and showing alarms that have meanings helping to identify the type of incident. You can start troubleshooting in order to locate the source of the problem. Once done you propose the solution. After assess the system again to confirm the resolution.

First investigate the source of the issue or origination of the problem. Depending upon the type of it assess the risk factors involved and then prioritize as per the severity. That concludes the proactive approach.

Identify Bottlenecks: Utilize problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the telecommunications system. This may involve analyzing data traffic patterns, performance metrics, and user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. One has to identify the issues and technology being used and at the same time how new technology can supplement in improving the existing problem and compatibility with existing systems in use. Nie zu vergessen ist bei einer Planung immer das eigentliche Ziel und vor allem auch die finanziellen M?glichkeiten im Aug zu behalten. Auch die Folgekosten (Lizenzen, Cloud-Kosten etc.) müssen dabei eine wichtige Rolle spielen.

Hier zeigt es sich wie gut man bei Punkt 3 (Strategisch planen) Vorarbeit geleistet hat. Jedes implementiertes System muss über ein gewisses Ma? an Flexibilit?t verfügen. Dabei darf es z. B. keine Rolle spielen ob man die L?sungen erweitern, oder sogar verringern muss.

Was ich pers?nlich in all den Jahren gelernt habe ist, sich permanent auszutauschen und auch andere, für einen selber manchmal auch unangenehme Positionen und L?sungsans?tze zu akzeptieren und in die Konzeption einflie?en zu lassen.
