Keep yourself exposed to other opportunities, people and events which can bring more learnings, ideas and perspective for you to reinforce your new behaviours needed to grow and excel.

Reflection is so pivotal. So it's been part of Agile ways of working as Sprint review, Sprint retrospective. It's the cornerstone to reflect and continuously evolve. Similarly, it's paramount on personal reflection too. Besides receiving feedback from various sources, do add your self-reflection points too to evolve your Leadership skills. But a culture is the sum of behaviours, so if enough managers choose to make feedback part of their everyday practice, so the culture begins to change. I was encouraged to THINK when giving feedback. In this case, I believe it can also be used when receiving feedback. T - is the feedback True? Ask for examples and look for evidence. Not all feedback we receive is true - sometimes it's an opinion. H - is it Helpful? Reflect to consider how the feedback you're receiving might help you. I - how is it Inspiring? What might this feedback inspire me to do differently? N - is it Necessary? Some of the feedback we receive may seem unnecessary, but maybe it's just a little early. Store it for later reflection. K - is it Kind? Feedback should always be honest but not everyone knows how to give hints feedback with kindness. Thank the giver anyway as they've taken the time to offer this gift
