Make sure that every member of of the diverse network has the chance to engage and share their distinct perspectives. Cultivate an atmosphere where each individual feels genuinely appreciated and respected for their contributions.

Enjoy it. Different people with different ways of thinking and different perspectives offer a great opportunity to learn something new. It helps you keep from developing inbred patterns of your own.

I learn a lot from non-facilitators because how they think and work can be incorporated into my practice expanding my repertoire. This provides a much richer experience and ability to deal with different situations.

Empathy allows us to have the ability to plan each moment according to the target audience we will have. It helps us understand what they need, what attracts them and what is the correct language to use.

This is critical, I think that attending other training, and getting feedback on your own facilitation is very important. I often ask feedback after my facilitation to colleagues who are also facilitator so that I can always learn
