Here's my favorite part, Challenge yourself from the beginning. When I was started Blender3D i was doing a table and doughnut and got bored, then I challenged myself to model a fully developed rigged car which is so hard and complex for me in that beginning stage! Took a month to finally complete but that experience and learning curve was massive for me! Then I simply installed other 3D applications and I didn't fear anything, everything becomes easy to use and understand, just started to play with the same mindset! It feels another level when you setup a goal and achieves that! So always prepare, plan and challenge yourself in this field, because you never know what is your limits!
