Here's how you can manage your time when transitioning from a corporate career to entrepreneurship.

Setting boundaries in the beginning takes a bit more effort (establishing them, communicating them, maintaining them), but it makes everything else so much easier going forward. The trick with successful boundaries is that they have to be true to you, your behaviors, and what you really want not what others say "should" be the answer. When they are it is so much easier to be consistent and consistency is where the magic happens. Setting boundaries and making decisions BEFORE you have a problem also makes it easier to establish and hold them. This can be around work hours, interruptions, work location, communication method, etc. Start where you believe you will have the greatest benefit and then build from there.

At the same time, I make sure that I give each of my roles the utmost attention. I can go to work at the weekend, but it's important to pay attention to it. Likewise, when I'm with people (friends, family), I don't forget to pay attention. Not being stressed out is a big challenge for a lot of people.

It might be useful to plan certain days in a week that would be designated for entrepreneurship, others for current work and responsibilities as well as for entertainment and relaxation. Having a good group of family and friends supporting you and meeting with them regularly could be beneficial as well.

A good way to start is not to hire immediately, but to build up a team of experts and assistants who can help with specific tasks. Text, graphics, administration, accounting. All of this can be delegated without the need for full-time staff.
