Desde mi experiencia esto ha ido evolucionando generacionalmente, ya que cada cada generación solicita que se genere una retroalimentación y la analiza, sin embargo, ahora existe la importancia del cómo generar esa retroalimentación, para estoy un líder debe de conocer a su personal ya que cada uno de los colaboradores es diferente y comprende el mensaje de diferente forma, a su vez es importante también generar un retroalimentación de los colaboradores hacia los líderes, para que estos puedan auto evaluarse y buscar el crecimiento como equipo

Los objetivos para un equipo de dise?o/innovación deben de ser comprendidos por todos los involucrados en este proceso y de esta forma garantizar la obtención de resultados favorables para la empresa
