With that I can certainly dive deeper into planning for one need over another, but Im not so stymied in a particular direction or plan that I can't change in the moment. I have seen the best plans (perfect timing, beautiful spreadsheet or Asana boards) get destroyed with unknown things like radical leadership changes, M&A, or normal business activities that don't care about HR planning. So you have to be prudent about how you plan, focus, and ultimately show the business that you are able to flex when needed.
