When we talk about it, 1 question come to my mind; The maturity of yourself and Manager, don't have to be unique for Lean manufacturing. Critical to the process is that all objectives and Goal should be aligned with the Company objectives. You can have a couple of objectives and Goal different because are specific for your area, but in general all shall be aligned to support business success.
