As a CFO, I've seen how having a positive attitude is super important for entrepreneurs. It's not just a fancy idea; it's a smart strategy. When things go wrong and it would go wrong, focusing on what we've learned instead of what we've lost really helps. Every time we mess up, it's like taking a step towards success. Staying positive makes us tougher, more creative, and ready to face whatever comes our way. By staying upbeat, we can find new ways to solve problems and make our business stronger. In today's fast-changing world, being positive isn't just about feeling good; it's about being strong and smart.

Motivation comes from within, the learning journey is endless, and self reflection is critical for ongoing inspiration. - Ask yourself to reinforce the "power of self" and to "strengthen your network"- Why are you on this journey? What do you want to accomplish today? What did you learn from yesterday? Who is one person you will contact today? Challenges are problems that you are trying to solve- can be client/customer/marketplace related and some are personal. - Think of your prior experiences and how you have overcome some of these challenges. Seek guidance from others. Explore new ways to solve the obstacles ahead.

It is also the mental side of it. A positive mind tends to find solutions instead of resorting to lament. Also, you need to focus on growth, find avenues even when internal or external factors look bleak - I have seen entrepreneurs successfully navigated by remaining sensibly positive and actioning hard.

It's essential to establish both long-term visions and short-term objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART). Setting goals is for intermediates. Setting problems is for experts. No longer do I set goals. Instead I identify what problems I need in my business life. Problems make us stronger. You don’t acquire business virtues when everything goes well. Patience requires a situation going off course. Wisdom requires a situation that has the potential to go horrible. It’s only at the edge of a cliff that we find the need and ability to fly.

For sure, setting goals is the compass to guide you in the right direction, when you have no goals, it is like a ship in a chopping sea that takes you right and left without any control from you because you don't know where you want or how to go and how to control the ship itself. You must set goals to determine your path and tools to get there. otherwise, you will get lost. These goals should be (SMART) to be a real guide and will bring you back to the right path if you stray from it.

Too many people haven’t learned anything new in the past ten years. When you think you know everything it leaves no room for improvement. What you believe you will attract. Most aren’t bold enough to say I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT MY FIELD. But their actions speak louder than those mute ?? words. Unless a so called guru is willing to admit they don’t know everything then learning stops. There is no shame in not knowing the answer. There is much shame in not looking to discover what you didn’t know you didn’t know. That search should be eternal.

The entrepreneurial landscape is constantly evolving, so you have to keep up with the evolving day-by-day to align the requirements and changes in the world. if you do that you will be away from any obsolete tools that can destroy you. - You can also learn from others and hire an experienced and freshly graduated person to make the mix of environment business to lead that evolution with experienced flavor. Be reminded that knowledge of power is the thing keeping you stand and strong.

Resilience is patience in action. Having patience doesn’t mean your hands are idle. It means your stress is on idle as your hands are on fast mode. Resilience allows you to bounce back, bounce forward and bounce up when others would simply bounce away.

As an entrepreneur, you will fail at more things than you get right. You’ll need the stamina to push past the initial urge to give up. You may fail several times before you start to see something working. Capitalize on that success and conquer the next challenge. It’s ok to feel discouraged but don’t ever give up. Both things can be true. Keep pushing forward 1% at a time.

Building resilience to maintain motivation and conquer challenges as an entrepreneur is no small feat. Years ago, I launched my coaching practice with big dreams and endless enthusiasm. However, things didn't go as planned. I faced financial hurdles, emotional upheavals, relationship challenges, and a last-minute project cancellation. It felt like the universe was testing me. One night, tired and frustrated, I noticed a small plant on my desk, barely clinging to life. It reminded me of my journey—fighting to survive against all odds. I nurtured that plant back to health, and as it grew stronger, so did my resolve. Eventually, my persistence paid off. That little plant taught me every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger.

I have talked about resilience in the first section. "As an entrepreneur, you have to have a mental resilience that allows you to think big and strategically. Your view should be wide and horizontal to see the big picture then you can see the half-full cup. Remind yourself: -Success is building up on failure and trial & error many times. - In business, you will face uncertainties, and your mindset and mentality of resilience will be your compass and guide to go out of difficult circumstances, - You can recall previous moments or crises you have already gone out of so that motivates you and makes you so strong."

You don't have to go on your way alone! Build a support system of champions. ?Surround yourself with mentors, friends, or even online communities who share your passion. ?Their encouragement, advice, and shared experiences can be a lifesaver. A strong support network will boost your confidence and help you navigate the inevitable rough patches.

As an entrepreneur, maintaining motivation amidst challenges is crucial. Actively seek support from mentors, advisors, and peers who understand your journey. This network not only provides practical advice and resources but also emotional support, helping you navigate setbacks and stay motivated. Engage with community forums and professional groups to widen your support base, ensuring you have the encouragement and expertise needed to thrive.

You couldn't do without seeking the help and consultation of others. You may be in a state of pressure under a crisis or circumstances that you are going through, and your eyes become clouded and you do not see reality correctly. so, no harm or shame in seeking support from others either mentors, peers, or a professional network that can make a significant difference in your journey. On the other hand, they can support or motivate you to get over your circumstances or crisis

None of us can go it alone. Lean on your tribe—whether it's friends, family, or fellow entrepreneurs—for guidance and encouragement. Sharing both the highs and lows of your journey makes the path forward feel less daunting.

When operating from a position of weakness, it is often difficult to ask for help. The nearest mental re-calibration is to remember that no one has attained and/or sustained any form of success single handedly. No one. So, do seek support.

Mantener el equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal es esencial. Ser emprendedor puede ser agotador, por eso es importante tomarse un descanso a diario, sabiendo separar el trabajo de lo personal. Sé que debe ser muy complicado, pero es fundamental tomar ese tiempo de autocuidado para no caer en el agotamiento. Una vez escuché en la tele a un actor que decía que hay que tener tiempo para: Uno mismo, para la pareja y para la familia. Si ese tiempo lo dedicas sólo al trabajo, acabas por descuidarte a ti, a tu pareja/amigos y a la familia. Por eso, es importante disfrutar de la vida, para poder recuperar la energía necesaria y tener perspectivas renovadas al día siguiente.

Very true, the work-balance life affects you, directly or indirectly, your family and life. Taking breaks and staying away from work or at least during your work, you have to separate work from your personal life and allocate your time for you and your family only, particularly in time off or vacations. If you succeed in that, you can breathe deeply and recharge your internal battery every time you are under pressure at your work or even in personal circumstances, otherwise, you will fall someday from that pressure which you cannot relieve.

Remember, setting SMART goals, tracking your milestones, and acknowledging your progress are key strategies to steer you toward success and maintain momentum on your entrepreneurial path.

I personally don’t give myself a choice if this is what right for the company it’s my job to get it done regardless of the difficulties. Your paid for dealing with the difficulties in this world .

In my experience, a lot of entrepreneurs lose motivation when they get lost in the operations. They get too far away from their original passion, and spend less time on leading the vision and more time in the tactical day to day. Sometimes it’s hard for them to let go. The more entrepreneurs can empower the team around themselves, the freer they are to continue to pursue the vision, capital raises, expand the product line. There are great operators who can help!

When enterpreneur is overhelmed with everyday tasks his motivation is lost. As well as motivation of his followers. Whatever happens, the shine of dream, be it money or attractive vision, must prevail

> Pursue an opportunity that you personally like, even if you spend 3/4 of you day you won't be bored. > Celebrate milestones - this gives you a reason to target the next milestone. > Set incremental goals - Rome was not built in oneday, don't pressure yourself because of well established entities, they started small at times struggling, but they won't share the down parts. > Set goals that are smart >Reward yourself, remember you work to enjoy your sweat, don't wait until you are dying to reward yourself or until you are a billionaire. This gives you zeal to go on.
