A term validation is carried to see if these terms can be captured by the target audience. Otherwise it'll be broken down further. 3. The final glossary document is then shared to translators and reviewers to work with. The words that don't change with context are then added to the Term Bases of the CAT (if any will be used).

Having inculcated scientific attitudes in me, I always believe there is room for improvement no matter how perfect I feel my translated terminologies are. When I meet up with a new terminology translation within a project, I usually post a couple of possible translations for my peers to choose from. The votes determine which translation to use. On the other hand, when my peers post terminologies for me to translate and for them to here my views, I first of all ask them to post their translations and then I either accept their translations or write to them how I feel the terminologies should be translated. We finally have further discussions for a better translations based on reasons and maintain the right translations for consistency.
