Los seres humanos buscamos la forma de atribuir juicios sobre los resultados, tenemos la tendencia a elogiarnos con los resultados positivos y a culpar a otros o situaciones externas con los resultados no esperados y/o negativos. Lo que si he aprendido en el ámbito profesional es que todo resultado debe llevar consigo un análisis, ya sea para seguir mejorando y optimizando recursos o para ver qué sucedió en el camino que hizo que no lograra lo esperado. Si queremos lograr resultados de impacto, debemos evaluar el proceso y las situaciones a tiempo y de forma objetiva para mejorar, innovar y crecer.
