I totally agree about we should embrace tasks to challenge ourselves! Although we should take care about how hard it going to be? If you take a really hard task to do, you will take a lot of time to get it done and probably in the middle you are going to be tired. My advice is, take a task that is a little bit hard, no too much, and gradually take harder ones.
