Ideally, there are two ways to show initiative, if you are an intern: Learn and Contribute: Do your homework before and during the internship. Understand the company, its culture traits, and goals. Present yourself in the best light by being punctual, dressing professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude. Listen and Be Coachable: Observe and learn from experienced colleagues.
