Durante mis a?os en la Medicina Laboral, me he enfrentado a diversos retos... Uno de los mayores, es poder crear un equipo de trabajo funcional, tanto con enfermeras y paramedicos, como con personal administrativo (RH, HSE). Estoy convencido, que la posición de Medico Laboral o de Coordi ador de Salud Ocupacional, deberia ser un puesto de base para las empresas con mas de 100 trabajdores, para que la posicion sea respetada tanto por la empresa, como por el equipo de trabajo. Esta posicion de base, da certidumbre al Médico, y permite que la aplicacion de programas de salud sean seguidos al pie de la letra. Tristemente, muchas de las empresas incurren en la contratacion por medio de Outsourcing, para evitar el "Gasto fijo" de tal posicion.
