Each member needs to know their specific responsibilities and how they fit into the project's bigger picture. We should use a RACI chart to map out who's Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed, avoiding confusion and overlap. This clarity ensures every task is covered, and everyone knows their role, timelines, and reporting lines, keeping our team on track and our ERP project on schedule.
