Ce que j’ai pu remarquer dans l’évaluation d’une expérience client : 1/ il est utile de constituer des groupes de clients ambassadeurs que l’on place en situation devant les parcours et les services afin de les optimiser. 2/ plus ces groupes sont diversifiés en terme de backgrounds / profils et plus les résultats de l’étude sera riche (par exemple les profils hyper sensibles sensoriellement pourront évaluer des expériences en h?tellerie en considérant la gestion du son, de la lumière et de l’espace). 3/ il faut toutefois trouver la juste mesure pour écouter les retours de prospects c?ur de cible plut?t que du tout venant afin de rester concentrer sur les objectifs à atteindre et établir des priorités.
