Experimenting with new channels and ideas. Internal communication needs to have impact and in my experience, impact can only be increased by changing channels, duplicating them, tripling them. One traditional, e.g. CEO mail, and then one or two less traditional, new ones. And of those that catch on, stay with those for a while before their impact fades. This is how we have sorted and tried: return to print - posters on the wall, make internal TV work, and communicate through external communication. People are more interested in what is written externaly than in internal mails :-)

Principalmente no formato da comunica??o: pode ser um post fixo; carrossel; vídeo com banco de imagens; depoimentos e participa??o dos próprios colaboradores quanto a usabilidade de nossos produtos; desafios em plataformas (gamefica??o) para temas importantes e que precisamos de alto nível de engajamento; usar imagens de eventos internos para publica??es diversas, s?o formas super bem aceitas de nossos colaboradores e aumentam o interesse em acessar as redes internas de comunica??o e de compartilharem o conteúdo.
