My observation as below on nowadays FM as below: 1. They are not well trained enough knowing what to do. 2. Unable to know what is importance thing to look out for. 3. React on only on feedback & instructions given. 4. Inability to explain to end user. 5. Have no confidence in opening a new mall or hotel. The above needs exposure, experience & needs interest with efforts to pick up. Not many have interest or bother to find out

Different manufacturing create unique products that was their speciality. The concept theory most likely similar to others. As a facility engineer vendor demos and POC after purchased Will help them to have more knowledge and help to Dig deeper understanding about the products specification and performance. They can count also on FAT before that product delivered.
