Education should never be paused or stopped! Even if you have achieved the position you desired, keep quietly working for the next milestone in your career. It get’s difficult when you have to juggle work, family and other responsibilities and studying along with all this is daunting and exhausting at times. But not if you take some dedicated time out for it. Plan your weeks ahead. Dedicate atleast one hour each day or every other day for studying and make the process enjoyable and meaningful for you. I am sure it would help!

I easily relate to this topic because it is what I went through recently. I was juggling studying, full time work and caring for my sick mother. I had a lot of support from family. But what helped me the most was allocating time for studying after work and during the weekend. Towards the end of my study it very challenging and I had to meet submission dead line. I used to study between 9pm and 12 midnight and wake up at 6am to get ready for work. It was tiring but discipline and having a goal in mind spurred me to keep going. I managed to submit a month prior to a deadline. The juggling paid up because I obtained Cum Laude and received Dean's Merit Award for Academic Exellence for my Masters. I graduated in May 2024.

Pick the course of study that truly inspires and challenges you for your next level of growth. Do not just pick to do a course because that is all that is available. Next, explore literature that ensures that you understand the rudiments of your study. Get a good grasp of basics with applications as it helps when you progress. And if your study is completely new to you, then find credible sources that furnish your understanding of beginners to help guide your research. Dedicate good time and remain consistent in your research. The hardest part of higher study is gathering relevant information about the subjects/study. The rest becomes easier to navigate as you are armed with the right resources to help. These aids ought to help.
