Personnellement, j'utilise souvent la technique Pomodoro pour optimiser mon temps. Cette méthode consiste à travailler par intervalles de 25 minutes, appelés "Pomodoros", suivis de courtes pauses. Cela m'aide à maintenir une concentration élevée et à éviter la fatigue mentale. En segmentant mon travail de cette manière, je trouve que je suis plus productif et que je peux accomplir mes taches de manière plus efficace. C'est une technique simple mais très efficace pour gérer mon temps et rester focalisé.

Les temps d'arrêt, c'est des temps qui nous servent à digérer le travail accompli, l'expérience accumulée. C'est des temps de micro-bilan inconscient, il ne faut surtout pas les négliger.
