Another thing that I found useful is proactive meal prep. While swinging by the student union or hitting the drive through can be convenient and sometimes necessary, it does get expensive, if done regularly, and can add to your commute time. I’ve found that planning and preparing your meals at home for the day or even week can save time, money, and can even be healthier depending upon what you prepare.

I personally have found little to no value in online learning. There are too many distractions and too many ways to cheat. The point of graduate learning is to further education and accelerate acumen development - this doesn’t work if you aren’t learning what you’re taught.

I couldn’t agree more. Exercise is a great way to blow off some steam. Yet, finding the time and energy for exercise might feel impossible. So, prioritizing exercise when you can should definitely be important. Even just going for a walk can help you clear your mind or reflect on issues that are plaguing you. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or going for a walk in the evening over sitting around and watching YouTube counts as exercise. Plus, most brick and mortar colleges/universities have fitness centers and programs in place that can be useful resources to help you get moving.
