I found it helpful to talk to my employer. I was studying full time and was able to work my part time hours at the weekend. I also needed a supportive other half to child care share. Be flexible and determined to reach your goals. Talk to others to gain support and advice if things don’t always go to plan. The path isn’t always straight, but sometimes a less than straight route allows you to gain more knowledge and perspective. Focus on the gain not the pain.

It's very simple to learn while you earn. It's basically time management. Plan your work schedule in advance so that it doesn't affect your education. I am a big proponent of block scheduling. It gives me the benefit of guidelines (ex. 3-4 is time to work on professional development), while giving me the flexibility to decide what is best for this time (should I listen to this saved podcast, or a saved training webinar?). What I have found is that if PD time is not scheduled on my calendar, I find it hard to prioritize the time over priorities of the business. Since I do my most strategic thinking in the morning, I typically schedule my PD time in the afternoon, so I am not taking valuable "mental" time from the business, but I am still filling my career needs. I highly encourage my team members to do the same per their needs and support their schedule as a manager.

C'est pourquoi je me fixe comme objectif chaque matin de me rapprocher, ne serait-ce qu'un petit peu de mon/mes rêve(s), en me donnant à fond dans toutes les taches que je dois accomplir. I would say : Manage your time and find a plan that works for you in every detail and make sure it's flexible it doesn't mean if you missed an hour means you're not doing good, trust your goals and what they add to you . Another thing give each thing it's time don't think about work when you're studying and vers versa you should dominate your mission not the other way around.
