En primer lugar, hará falta una instancia de introspección para definir los objetivos de rendimiento individuales. Luego, un diálogo con el equipo para acordar cuáles son los objetivos de RSC de la organización y encontrar modos de alinear unos y otros. Si, además, se pueden alinear con los ODS mucho mejor. Por último, es esencial evaluar en qué medida se va logrando - o no- la integración, a lo largo de todo el proceso (mejora continua), en lugar de esperar al final para comprobarlo.

This is a great way in becoming noticed in the CSR world. Join other like minded corporate entities in giving a hand (even if they aren't your company projects). Volunteer and also contribute to betterment (holistically). If you are passionate, there are ways in which you could contribute to environment and community development through your own time/ money. Make it a habit to search for local charity, action and volunteering work and contribute to them with your professional skills. This might enhance the quality of a small projects. Post on social media and LinkedIn to give credit for these good cause. Your network will see, and also invite you to be present whenever they organize an activity. You will become a brand ambassador for CSR
