I visited Jeonju, South Korea. One dish that is popular there is called bibimbap. It's famous there and the tourist area has many places that charged a premium. I walked across the street into the city and found another restaurant that caters to locals and also had this bibimbap. I ate there and saved some money at the same time.

While traveling in Singapore with family, our local grab driver after hours of conversation exchanging stories of politics and people between our two countries, he along the way encouraged us to go the alleys of local food owners for it is where the best cooked local food are found. True enough it was true indeed!??
