No one is perfect and neither is any system. Every system can be improved and that often means that your idea wasn’t the best one. Accepting that there are always other ways and that you may have missed something is key for me at least, in progressing better processes and personal development. It helps to ask others as we never have the same point of view and the change of perspective can improve everything.
