Creativity in problem solving should be such that many problems of the society are solved by it. Use the expertise you have in different areas to cover more challenges. Form new teams in different areas and don't ask one team to do multiple tasks. Encourage team members to present their ideas in meetings to reach a suitable conclusion. Another thing is to support the students who have new projects and spend a training course in line with their project in your company and ask them to participate in the company's projects with their creative ideas in order to improve themselves. and company projects.
