User feedback is like spinach. It maybe bitter but good for you. Treat every piece of feedback as a love letter from a user, filled with their hopes, frustrations, and suggestions. This humanizes the data and makes it more impactful. Know that numbers have souls when turned into stories. Use the feedback to create user stories. Instead of saying, “50% of users found the navigation confusing,” say, “Jane, a busy mom of two, struggled to find the checkout button and almost abandoned her cart.” Stories resonate more deeply and drive action. Behind every click is a heartbeat. Dive into the emotional underpinnings of user feedback. Understand the feelings behind their words. Are they frustrated, confused, or delighted?
