I try to incorporate storytelling for effective communications by writing for the ear, that is being conversational and avoiding formal intellectual language. Also, keeping things simple, or writing one thought per sentence. Finally, writing factually. “When in doubt, leave it out.”

work with a group........this is called the HOT SEAT,....STUDENTS ONE AT A TIME ..go and sit in a chair..then handed index..card with a written statement..... wherin they talk for one minute. about the statement....examples ...do we have enough friends? also ...do we heal or hurt ..with our words..also ...what is my favorite ..movie...and why... also.. my favorite,,holiday and..why these above ..help to build and use our imagination thank you....jim
