Feedback is the key to improvement. Once, we have the feedback we must analyze and verify it's genuineness. Basis on that we must refine the key facts stated in it and create action points on how it can be worked upon. We must ensure that these key facts and action points are discussed with the team and their feedback must be taken as well. After their viewpoint is taken unto consideration, final decision onnaction must be made and executed. Also, it is imperative that we seek inputs from our guests on how they perceive we can improve the service. We must try to communicate with our guests that we have taken note of their feedbacks and taken action on that.
