Eu já fiz projetos que estavam super personalizados, mas o público reagia melhor com simples: "Escolha: 1 - falar com comercial; 2 - falar com RH etc". Entender e é necessário mudar a estratégia também é importante, para o objetivo. Seja reduzir tempo de atendimento, sanar dúvidas e/ou outros.
