Look very closely to the job description you are applying for, identify the keywords and phrases as well as skills crucial. Write down your bullet points of achievements not description, with quantifiable metrics using the keywords and phrases identified, but blend it with your own experiences. Every sentences that you write in the document must be relevant to the position you are applying for, place in the important details at the top. Your goal here is to create a relevant concisely detailed document of yourself that can capture the reader's attention below 7 seconds and make them wanting to know more about you, which ultimately prompts for a conversation.
