Project and business success will always be the most important and impactful thing we can do as software/computer engineers. This can only be achieved by doing what we need to do in a good (not perfect) way within the time limits we have, while maintaining long-term team satisfaction. Even if we write the best code, collaborate with everyone, track the most important metrics, and keep learning, if we don't make an impact on the business or project, our promotion chances are extremely low.

For this the client requirements should get freeze. Or else code should be in a manner that if the client add requirements then it should adopt those as well. At some developments the code cannot be adopted. At that time the time needs to be given to the employee to make the code adoptable.
