Here's how you can identify when delegation is necessary in machine learning projects.

In a recent ML Project, I worked on, task was to develop a predictive model. Initially, I handled data pre-processing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation. This method guarantees that every part of the project gets the attention it requires while also assisting you in balancing your workload.

Overloading oneself with work can lead to fatigue, burnout, and even the decision to quit. While some individuals may believe that taking on more tasks will lead to greater recognition, this approach is often counterproductive. Overextending oneself can result in decreased performance and an inability to give 100% to any task. Therefore, delegating tasks to other team members is crucial not only for managing workload but also for maintaining high-quality work and personal well-being.
