KLARHEIT UND EMPATHIE ALS BASIS Durchsetzungsverm?gen hat nichts mit Lautst?rke zu tun, das ist richtig. Meiner Erfahrung nach geht es viel mehr um Klarheit – in Zielen und im Umgang miteinander. Basierend auf Empathie, die im Non-Profit-Sektor einen besonderen Stellenwert hat, ist Klarheit ein Super-Skill für Durchsetzungsverm?gen. Es erm?glicht Führungskr?ften, ihre Botschaften pr?zise und respektvoll zu vermitteln, wodurch Missverst?ndnisse vermieden und die Zusammenarbeit gest?rkt werden. WORK-LIFE-BALANCE IST EIN SCHMARRN! Ich widerspreche nur ungern, jedoch entschieden. Wer im Non-Profit-Bereich eine strikte Trennung von Work und Life ben?tigt, sollte hinterfragen, ob er sich der richtigen Aufgabe hingibt. Die passende Arbeit im Non-Profit-Bereich sollte so gestaltet sein, dass sie eine Bereicherung für das pers?nliche Leben darstellt. In diesem Fall ist das Streben nach Work-Life-Balance weniger relevant, da die Arbeit Life ist. Durchsetzungsverm?gen ist in diesem Kontext nur dann notwendig, wenn Ausnutzung durch Kolleg:innen droht – ein Thema, das auf fehlenden Respekt und unfaire Zusammenarbeit hindeutet.
