Der feedbackgebende schaut meistens von au?en (Bird-view) auf das Diskussionsthema, w?hrend der annehmende meistens von innen heraus schaut . Dabei sollte man fair sein und versuchen, den Standpunkt des gegenüber anzunehmen zu verstehen und gegebenenfalls das Feedback für ihn in greifbare Situationen darzustellen. Schafft man das, spricht man schnelle die selbe Sprache und kann sich kritisch und zielführend mit dem Feedback auseinander setzen.
