Desde ese punto to de vista, a pesar de lo comentado, es importante acotar que debería haber un feedback ya que la empatía es fundamental para que haya ese feedback, lo inicial es conocer los procesos internos de una organización para lograr cambiar algo, sin embargo aceptar un cambio es totalmente difícil cuando los líderes no conocen esos procesos internos de la organización.

"Si no funciona te corro" esa fue la frase que escuche de mi jefe al terminar de hacerle la propuesta de capacitación a mi equipo de ventas, la seguridad de mi respuesta fue contundente, te invito a revisar a que te vas a apalancar para hacer que las cosas sucedan y desde ese lugar brindarle seguridad de que tu análisis esta bien fundamentado, recuerda que las personas con una mentalidad conservadora requieren datos para sentirse un poco más seguros de darnos el SI, ve por el!!

La lealtad aquí es un punto fundamental, sin embargo la lealtad es hacia una organización no hacía un jefe, generar confianza depende también de cuán cómodo te sientas tu en una organización, aquí cabe comodidad en muchos ámbitos, incluyendo, que seas tomado en cuenta por la organización como una pieza fundamental en los diferentes procesos y no sólo como una pieza que si no está de acuerdo con una persona simplemente te dicen "adios hasta aquí llegaste", otro ámbito muy importante también es la motivación, existe la automotivación, pero, si la empresa no te motiva (no sólo monetariamente) esa automotivación no va a existir.

in order to convince a difficult manager who resists change; we should be very well prepared with our " proposal of change" presenting it clearly with facts ; statistics and numbers showing the advantages of the change also highlighting potential challenges and the road map to overcome them present the above in a written form combined with interactive short presentation

Business owners or immediate Bosses sometimes are reluctant to change or adapt to new alternatives or methods. That is why it is imperative to demonstrate, among all the benefits that adopting these changes will bring to the company, the money factor. If you can proof/show how much these new changes will translate into saving money, they may consider looking at it.
