Take a Step Back: Before reacting, assess the feedback. It’s natural to feel defensive, but take time to evaluate the comments objectively. Identify Bias: Understand that bias can be overt or subtle. The person giving feedback may not even be aware of their bias. Stay Neutral: When addressing the feedback, stay calm and neutral. Describe what happened without accusing the other person or apologizing. Seek Clarification: Don’t rush to react. Instead, get more data to understand the context and specifics of the feedback. Multiple Sources: Ask for feedback from various sources to get a well-rounded view of your performance. Give Feedback: If appropriate, provide feedback on how the process could be improved to minimize bias.

Calmness is SUPERPOWER! - Why so worried ?Did someone said anything unfair to you? Not a big deal, just throw it out of your mind and take a deep breath. Do you know what is the failure of the person who gave you unfair feedback? Your success and consistency. Stay best in your domain and everything will be fine.

"70% of People respond the next second they hear something unfair about them" - All of them are Fool. Dear, did you first ANALYZE, RE-THINK, UNDERSTAND, DECIDE before you speak and respond? This is really really important, because you do not have to hurt someone with your responses. It is OK, if someone gave you a wrong feedback, but when the Interpersonal Skills will come in use? That is the right time to bring your expertise on board
