Concordo. Mas mesmo marcando agenda, pode ser que aconte?a de cair num dia onde algo aconteceu que pode afetar o humor etc. Ent?o aqui cabe na real mesmo, um treinamento de como dar e receber feedback para a empresa toda - incluindo inteligência emocioal para saber separar o "joio do trigo".
