En este momento, quiero ofreceros mi humilde, muy humilde, dosis de realidad. En el mundo empresarial, antes de dar opinión sobre algo a un superior, debes tener en cuenta algo muy importante: los egos rigen el mundo y es fundamental saber gestionar cómo puede afectar tu intervención al ego de tu superior. 1. Asegúrate de que le interesa tu opinión, antes de darla. 2. Fíjate si es el lugar, momento y están presentes las personas adecuadas, para que no se sienta que le pones en evidencia. 3. Ten claro que gozas ya de su total confianza, ya sea por tus conocimientos, tu trabajo duro o tus éxitos anteriores. Sobretodo, enfócate en que nunca piense que puedes arrebatarle su posición, ni de manera formal ni informal. ?Complicado?
